A U G U S T Goals.

We're officially five days into the month, and I'm about to drop some goals for you. July felt like a blur. It really did. We did some fun things last month, but I didn't accomplish much that I wanted to. My kids head back to school next week and the other one the week after. I'm so ready for routine again, although I have to admit I'm going to miss our slow mornings, no agenda and not setting my alarm clock!

I didn't end up getting to the house projects I wanted to work on last month, hoping to accomplish some of them this month.

Let's get to some goals;

1. Read two new books- again this is helping me accomplish my reading 36 books this year which I'm behind a bit on.

2. Reach Pink Status with Younique- this is one of my business goals for the month. I've been with Younique since March of this year and have some big goals I want to hit by the end of the year.

3. Send out NEW newsletter for my blog/site- this is something that I've wanted to do for a while and I want to make it a goal to put some content together for my first newsletter.

4. Work on finishing projects for the kitchen- The main part of our kitchen has been done for a few months now. But there's a few little projects like adding blinds, painting the door and finding some art work that I want to work on finishing this month.

5. Paint half bath- We're working on renovating this space, and first up paint!

Coffee always helps right?!

What are some of your goals for this new month? I'd love to hear them in the comments below.

J U L Y Goals.

Pay no attention to the fact that we're over halfway through the month and I'm just now sharing these with you. Good news is, that I've already started crossing some of the list! Let's get to is!

1. Read two new books; I've already read one so far this month. Come back Wednesday for my review on the first one.

2. Paint the kids' bathroom cabinets; I've been wanting to do this for so long. I've even bought the hardware and had it sitting in the garage for so long. So this month I want to tackle this project.

3. Celebrate our anniversary; We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary last week. So this past weekend we got a chance to sneak off for a couple days together. I'm so excited to share with you where we stayed.

4. Start bathroom remodel; we've been talking about this for a while. Picking out new things for the bathroom and saving for this project. We've gotten our new faucet, a new mirror and shelf for decor. I can't wait to share with you all our plans so time to get to work on it!

J U N E Goals.

Happy June friends! We just got back from vacation last weekend, and then I took a quick trip to Las Vegas to watch my little cousin graduation from high school! But, I'm back and ready to take on the rest of the month. Summer has officially begun here in our home, my daughter is done with school and we're enjoying a more relaxed schedule.

Before we get to this month's goals, let's take a look back on goals for May. I read two new books which I'm excited to share with you. We paid off more medical debt, praise Jesus! And I bought all the furniture for our guest room that I'd been wanting. I felt very productive last month. And I even signed up 1 new team member with my Younique company.

I love writing these goals down each month and sharing them, it helps keep me accountable to getting stuff done. So let's get to it!

- Host 5 parties with Younique: I love expanding my reach and sharing my love for this brand.

- Sign up two new team members: This is totally out of my comfort zone, and I didn't think I wanted to build a team but I've learned I really love sharing and leading.

- Read 2 new books: Currently reading Audacious by Beth Moore. I have no shortage of books to read so I'm hoping to plow through them this summer.

- Pay off 1 more medical bill: Now, you might be asking yourself; how many medical bills do you have? Welp, a lot! Last Fall my whole family was sick FOREVER! Zane shoved a dart up his nose which led us to urgent care, my husband was sick with strep, Zane had sickness, and Ava an ear infection. Zane also had to have some tests done after his well check last December. My poor family was in and out of the Doctor. But, God has been faithful and provided so we can pay these off 1 bill at a time.

M A Y Goals.

Why is is already MAY people?!!?

My daughter has less than 25 days of school and then Summer! I can hardly believe it. April was a busy but fun month for myself and my family. So here's how April shaped up to be; we planned and booked our family vacation this year with the kids. Having that done and already planned well before it happens is the best feeling.

I finished 1 new book. I've really been trying to read at least two books each month, but this past month I was only able to read one.

We paid off two HUGE debts! That's such a good feeling to have those taken care of. God is teaching me in a season of providing and I'm seeing him provide for us in such a new and unexpected way. It's growing my faith for sure.

MAY goals;

- Buy furniture for guest room: I've been saving since the end of last year for furniture for this space. Now I'm finally ready to purchase some pieces and have this room put together.

- Read two new books: I'm currently reading 'Looking for Lovely' and '5 Habits of a Women Who Doesn't Quit." Can't wait to tell you more about these books.

- Pay off 1 medical debt: We still have a lot of debt left over from the end of last year and my whole family being sick. It feels great to be chipping away at this.

- Reach Pink Status with Younique: I had it on my mind to hit this last month, and didn't quite reach it. This month I'd really like to focus on small goals to meet this really big goal.

School is ending this month for my daughter. We have a family reunion coming up at the end of the month, and a family vacation. I'm seriously looking forward to so much this month!
