Everyday Jeans and Tees

I love a good t-shirt and jeans, it's probably my go to everyday outfit! It's simple, I don't really care about it getting dirty during the day and I can easily dress it up with some jewelry and cute shoes if I need to.

I've really been loving graphic tees lately and been adding to my collection to help make my everyday outfit cute! Here's a few of my faves I found;

I've been on a jean hunt for a while now. A couple weeks back Target had a buy one get one half off sale and I found a few that I really loved, and I found a pair of boyfriend skinnies on clearance for $14! Here's the trio I have in my closet and they are currently my go tos:

My Everyday Make-Up Routine

My everyday make-up routine is pretty simple and everything can be found at your local Target! I've experimented a lot over the years with different brands this is what I'm currently using on an everyday basis. All my products are drug store brands, I've used department store make up as well over the years, but my more recent routine I'm trying experiment with a few drug store brands and see how I like them. Recently I've been trying the L'OREAL True Match Mineral powder, the jury is still out on it as I've only been using it for a couple weeks. Last Summer I started using BB Cream and I really like it. I've tried a few now and I'm currently using the one shown above and I really like it so far.

I'm pretty basic when it comes to my make-up. I like things to be simple and clean. I love experimenting more with different lip colors and glosses. For removing my make-up by far I love the Neutrogena Make-up remover cloths. I buy mine in bulk at Costco and I love them!

Perfect Easter Attire

Easter is coming up soon! As a kid my mom always bought my sister and I new Easter dresses, complete with matching hats and white gloves! I loved getting to dress up all fancy and go to church with my family.

Now, as an adult I equally love dressing up on Easter Sunday. Sometimes you can't always find modest options these days, but I've found a great solution for that! Have you shopped DownEast Basics before? I've been shopping there for a few years now and one of my favorite things about their store is that they have modest clothing that isn't frumpy. They have adorable, chic and modern pieces that you can work into your wardrobe. Their dresses and skirts are some of my faves!

Not only to they have stuff for women but they have a cute girls section starting at size 2, so you can dress your little ones as well. Here are some of my picks for modest Easter outfits;

Maybe dresses and skirts aren't your thing, pair a cardi with jeans and heels for a cute look. Shop the entire DownEast Collection here.

What are some of your favorite places to shop for modest clothing?

*i'm not affiliated with DownEast & this is not a paid post, I just wanted to share a brand that I really love with you.

My Easy Style

These days my style is always about ease and comfort. But, I'm also learning to dress a new body one that is 65+ pounds less than it was before. At the same time I've always loved getting dressed and wearing girly things.

I'm also learning how to branch out of my comfort zone when it comes to style. Colored pants are the first of that new endeavor and I'm liking it.

I love affordable fashion. It has to be practical, functional and fits in my budget. I can not, and won't spent $100 on pants. But that's just me.

Sparkles are always a go to for me. You can never have to much glitter and sparkles right?! Remember when chambray was called denim? Everything comes back again, and it's even more acceptable now to have lots of chambray in your closet. I'm learning to add accessories too. I love how they pull outfits together and can help make them look a bit more polished.

This necklace is one of my new faves, I saw it on Instagram and needed to know where it came from. It's from a great little online boutique called Mindy Mae's Market, you may have heard of it. If you haven't you must go visit her shop right now.
