Shop Updates + Some House Keeping.

If you've been following along for some time now, you will know that last Spring I introduced a new shop name + a new product called 'The Everyday Page' Note pad. I use this on a daily basis in my own life and thought that I'd share this venture with my readers. 

The shop gives me a really creative space and allows me to put ideas to life. Most of you also know that once upon a time I did photography. I had a photography business when we lived in Minnesota before moving to Phoenix. I put my photography on hold for a long time to make time for my family when we first moved. I was pregnant with Ava and just moved to a new city. 

After a few years and much prayer I have decided to stop pursuing photography full time at this point professionally. I continue to take pictures daily in my everyday life, and it's one of my first loves creatively. But at this time it doesn't fit into my life and that's ok. 

Which gives me more time to focus on my stationary and design work with The Everyday Shop! 

Some news for the shop:

I'm needing to clear some inventory and make room for new stuff, so you'll notice a SALE happening over there with reduced shipping costs. There's also a few digital prints that are just $5! No code needed, just head to the shop here.

Also, I'll be moving my shop from Etsy to this here site by the end of the year. Having everything all in one place is the goal. 

I'm going to be adding some new designs that I'm excited about this Fall plus some holiday stuff. Stay tuned.

NEW TO THE SHOP:: Coffee First. To-do List Later Notepads

Happy Saturday lovelies! Today I'm excited to share with you a new product that just hit the shop. If you're a coffee drinker like myself, you'll appreciate this. Sometimes you just need to have your first cup before you can start to think about planning your day. Can I get an amen! 

It's also about taking the time to slow down before getting started for the day. Not everything needs to be rushed the to-do list can wait for a second. 

Each note pad comes with 50 sheets per pad. And measures 5.5 in. x 4.25 in. Perfect to fit in your purse, or to leave on your desk or counter.

Crest & Bloom Creative Meet-Ups

A couple months back I came across a beautiful creative meet up event while stalking some Instagram friends. I was delighted to see that it was here locally in Phoenix, and I knew I had to be apart of the next event! 

Crest & Bloom Creative Meet-Ups is the collaboration of Jennifer from Henny & Coco and Jenn from Sincerely Jenn. I love their heart to connect other women to each other, to inspire them to be there best. There's no competition here, just genuine women who honestly care about working together and helping each other. 

That is a beautiful thing and something I can jump on board with!

Today they hosted their second creative meet up event for bloggers, handmade business owners and other creatives. The beautiful event was held at North Italia in Phoenix. On their beautiful outdoor patio which was perfect for this sunny October day!

This is Jennifer, she's one of the masterminds of this great event. I stalked her a bit on Instagram after their last event and quickly found out we have much in common starting with the fact we're both Iowa girls! I loved getting to meet her and she greeted me with the biggest hug! Felt like we'd known each other years! 

I went into this event not knowing if I'd know anyone else who was attending, which as an introvert is super hard for me to do sometimes. Because I'm not the best at small talk. But God has shown me over the last several months as he's growing me personally that it's good to get out of my comfort zone & stretch myself.

I was so pleased to find that every last woman that was there was warm, friendly and genuine about each conversation I had with them. We did sort of a "speed" networking as we sat around our tables I was able to converse with many of the ladies who attended, met some really great people and made some awesome new connections. 

Blown away by this event Jenn & Jennifer seriously knocked it out of the park!

I'm excited to share with you guys today the launch of Everyday Prints to the shop! I'm pretty excited about these five new prints that are for sale now in my Etsy shop. They reflect a big piece of my heart and Jesus! 

It's my desire that you fill your home, your space with things that bring Joy and point us towards Christ. Maybe that's a small reminder like a print you hang on your wall that helps you to always keep your perspective on Christ, because that my friends will change how you look at everything in life.
